Region 083 is a proud unit of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps dedicated to developing America’s youth into capable leaders.
Through structured drill weekends, leadership exercises, physical training, and community service, our cadets gain discipline, accountability, and teamwork skills that extend far beyond the uniform.
Our program instills confidence, responsibility, and pride in service — preparing young men and women for success in military service, college, and professional careers.
